  1. Think about a website or app you love. What do you love about it? The ease of gathering relevant information? Or how you can buy something in one-click (and have it delivered tomorrow)? Or how quickly it answers your questions?

Now think about the people who created that website. What was their goal?

They were trying to create a site that had the features you love about it. A site that is easy to use, effectively delivers the information you need, and allows you to make smart decisions tailored to your challenges or concerns.

  2. We are happy to announce that the Mopinion software is now WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant. This means that our front-end software and feedback surveys conform to the strict WCAG guidelines set in place by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) – making our software more accessible to all types of web users, especially those with disabilities.

  3. According to comScore, seven out of every 10 hours we spend on the web are on mobile devices. All those years of wanting a big screen and now we choose to stare at a screen that’s smaller than most turtles. What the heck is that all about?

The answers are obvious: ease of use, accessibility and portability. It’s not like it’s convenient to use our laptop computers while we’re in line at Trader Joe’s or at our kid’s softball tournament — between games, of course. The reality is that we have our phones with us all the time and they have become our No. 1 resource for accessing the web.
