We have all experienced products with either a fantastic or a poor user experience. The latter feel unintuitive and hard to use. You cant find what youre looking for, and youre not clear what to do next. You may navigate to a dead end or receive a cryptic error message. It may be hard to read the text, or the design may not be aesthetically pleasing. All of those problems are symptoms of bad UX design.
